Q. Why did I receive a debit to my card several months after my visit to Canada?

The claim has been rejected by the tax authority and Premier TaxFree has debited your card as per our agreement. On request, we will provide you with a copy of the tax assessment.

 

Q. Do I need to send original receipts?

Clear photocopies are acceptable when claiming Ontario Provincial Sales Tax.

 

Q. What is the minimum amount that I can claim?

Each receipt must show a minimum purchase of $625.00 with a PST paid of $50.00
